Cadence CNC has a PaR MR125 5-Axis Gantry Milling System with a large operating envelope.

The MR125 is a high-speed, overhead gantry industrial CNC machine designed specifically for milling and trimming applications. Variants of this mill have a long, proven performance history in the aerospace, marine, nuclear and automotive industries.

Full 5-Axis machining allows complex shapes to be milled with significant time savings.

The MR125 is qualified using the ASME Standard B5.54M for defining CNC Machine Center performance including:

  • NAS985-4.3.10.1 Spindle Run Out
  • NAS979-4.3.3.4 Overshoot and Undercut
  • NAS979-4.3.3.11 Accuracy and Repeatibility
